It it seems that this basic reality escapes the culture of the average U.S. Politician or Citizen Voter. I know this because tax-payer subsidized Progressive, Idealist Programs like "the War on (drugs, terror, whatever), Social Security, Medicaid, Public Welfare, the PETA, etc.:

1. Were Actually Initiated, and
2. Still Exist.

Here are four simple and undeniable facts:

• You Cannot Win a "War" by Treating the Causalities.
• If You can Build it, Someone else can Break it.
• You Cannot Effectively Legislate Good Will.
• Things Cost Money.
